Register Now button (it costs £19.75 for 12 months) and we'll be
able to set up viewings for you.
Go and see the property. If it's for you then send us a
Letter of Intent.
Be comfortable with your financial position by arranging a
"mortgage in principle" certificate. If you don't know who to approach, we can
put you in touch with some
mortgage advisors with shared ownership experience.
Understand and make provision for legal costs. Again we can
put you in touch with experienced shared ownership
solicitors.
After considering all applications we'll tell you if you have
been successful.
